Wagering Requirements

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any time during account use, including during the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction of residence or access, including but not limited to using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.

During an investigation, account access may be restricted, withdrawals suspended, and balances held pending resolution. 446bd will cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required by law.

446bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a verification request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a chargeback request or payment dispute from the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a positive balance — in such cases, 446bd will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Instruction from a relevant authority, law enforcement body, or regulatory agency.

Voluntary Account Closure

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if 446bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 446bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 446bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
